From the official celebration of independence through the foundations of the fledgling democracy, State builders, a soon to be released documentary, follows Lise Grande, Deputy Head of the UN in South Sudan, and Riek Machar, former guerrilla and newly appointed Vice President, as they attempt to put theory into practice.
