PCDF has been fighting corruption in Nepal, which they believe is fuelling the conflict.

Overview

PCDF works predominantly on anti–corruption, campaigning through awareness programmes, conflict resolution and peacebuilding, advocacy for social justice and transparency. The aims and objectives of PCDF are:

PCDF works against corruption and for transparency, good governance, conflict transformation, human rights and peacebuilding in the district. To raise awareness of peace they have hosted a peace conference. Corruption is rampant in Nepal and PCDF believes that this has been fuelling the conflict. In response to this they have launched an anti-corruption movement as part of the establishment of peace.

What Services Are Provided?

Anti–corruption campaigning through awareness programmes; conflict resolution and peacebuilding; advocacy for social justice and transparency.

PCDF provide services to youths, Dalit girls, low income families, conflict victims, and ethnic minority communities.

Geographical area of operation

Bardiya district in Mid-Western Nepal.
