Overview

Incubadora de Sueños is a purely youth-led organisation, working to create changes at a national level by developing long term agricultural solutions to local problems. The organisation promotes agricultural ventures that vulnerable people can follow to great practical benefit. For example, Incubadora de Sueños implemented the substitution of illicit crops (marijuana and cocaine leaf) for legal ones. The organisation then developed new, environmentally friendly and innovative agricultural techniques and offered training to the vulnerable population.

The organisation has learnt that initiatives and projects involving the cooperation of the academic, private and public sectors have the greatest potential for success.
