LRA in DR Congo11 January 2010

ReliefWeb have added a report, from the Missionary International Service News Agency (MISNA), on the presence of the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) in the Orientale Province. These Uganda rebels are arguably the most notorious of all the fighters currently active in the region; their presence will certainly on heighten the dangers to the local population.
