Lofabel works to empower young people in the community by giving them the chance to learn a range of computer skills, increasing their employment opportunities and perspectives of self worth.
Overview
Lofabel Nigeria was established in 2005 as a small-scale business enterprise to cater for the internet access needs of people within Okrika; but fundamentally also to offer a space where young people can interact in a positive environment while acquiring (for free) skills in computer and internet use. These are the requisite skills that will be needed whether they seek jobs or go on to tertiary institutions after their secondary education.
