The programme has been developed to raise the capacity of the Dalit. 

Aims / Objectives

To develop the capacity of the Dalit in the media, human rights and peace movements, and to ensure their considerable involvement in the above sectors.

How it is Articulated

Training on journalism, human rights, conflict resolution and peacebuilding for the Dalit and for Dalit journalists.

Achievements / Learning Points

The Jagaran Media Centre has been providing capacity building in the media for Dalits. It has conducted training on journalism, human rights, conflict resolution and peacebuilding for Dalit journalists.
