Obaya Community Association (OCA) is a community-based organisation engaged in rebuilding the economic and social support networks of the people in Lira affected by Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA) conflict. OCA support communities with programmes to improve primary health care, economic empowerment, education, reconstruction, water and sanitation.
