The Justice & Peace Commission (JPC) is an organisation of the Catholic Church. The commission’s core areas of work are workers’ rights, freedom from debt and child labour. JPC is also concerned about the issues of the misuse of blasphemy laws, religious intolerance, minority rights, and work towards inter-faith understanding and social justice.

Their ‘Education for Justice’ programme approaches teachers and students in schools of six regions in Pakistan through national, regional and local level workshops. The basic objective of the programme is to create an atmosphere of tolerance, justice and respect among secondary school students. It also aims to guard students against violent and intolerant attitudes and to resolve conflicts through non-violent means.
