Hans Rouw
Hans Rouw is a programme manager at the Security & Disarmament department of IKV Pax Christi. After completing the MA Conflict Studies and Human Rights at the University of Utrecht, he did extensive field research in western Nepal, eastern DRC, Colombia and South Sudan. He specializes in community security in relation to disarmament, human security capabilities in military interventions, and conflict transformation.
