Read PeaceTalk # 16
The Beyond Juba Project proudly announces the sixteenth issue of PeaceTalk, a newsletter targeting Ugandan teenagers. Issue # 16 (Vol.3 Issue 4) has been published today, 20 September on our website www.beyondjuba.org/peace_talk.php
The theme for this edition is Youth, Peace and Development. This Issue celebrates the International Day of Peace, features opinions from students on how young people can contribute to peace and development in their communities and Q&A with a peace promoter, Hon. Dora C. Kanabahita Byamukama.
PeaceTalk is produced twice a school term. Look out for this and many more issues and encourage your teenagers to read PeaceTalk and get involved in talking peace.

Stephen Oola
Stephen Oola, Uganda Local Correspondent, holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Peace Studies from University of Notre Dame- USA. Oola is also an Advocate (Attorney) in the High Court of Uganda. Oola heads research and advocacy at the Refugee Law Project, School of Law, Makerere University. He is acting coordinator of the DFID- funded Advisory Consortium on Conflict Sensitivity (ACCS) at the Refugee Law Project. Oola obtained a Law Degree (LLB-Hons) from Makerere University, Kampala. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGD. LP), from the Law Development Centre, Kampala. Oola also acquired a Post-Graduate Diploma in Conflict Management and Peace Studies (PGC) from Gulu University, Gulu Uganda.
